7. 7. Where Article 17(1)(b) of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 640/2014 may lead to an artificial division of the area of adjacent agricultural parcels with a homogeneous land cover type into separate agricultural parcels, the measurement of this area of adjacent agricultural parcels with a homogeneous land cover type shall be combined in one single measurement of the agricultural parcels concerned.

3. Lorsque l’autorité compétente a déjà informé le bénéficiaire des non-conformités que comporte la demande unique ou la demande de paiement ou lorsqu’elle l’a averti de son intention de procéder à un contrôle sur place ou que ce contrôle révèle des cas de non-conformité, les modifications visées au paragraphe 1 ne sont pas autorisées pour les parcelles agricoles concernées par la non-conformité.
3. Where the competent authority has already informed the beneficiary of any case of non-compliance in the single application or payment claim or where it has given notice to the beneficiary of its intention to carry out an on-the-spot check or where an on-the-spot check reveals any non-compliance, amendments in accordance with paragraph 1 shall not be authorised in respect of the agricultural parcels affected by the non-compliance.

3. Sauf dans des cas de force majeure ou des circonstances exceptionnelles visés à l’article 4, l’introduction d’une modification de la demande unique ou de la demande de paiement après la date limite pour ledit dépôt, fixée par la Commission sur la base de l’article 78, point b), du règlement (UE) no 1306/2013, entraîne une réduction par jour ouvrable de 1 % des montants relatifs à l’utilisation effective des parcelles agricoles concernées.

Except in cases of force majeure and exceptional circumstances as referred to in Article 4, the submission of an amendment to the single application or payment claim after the final date for such submission as fixed by the Commission on the basis of Article 78(b) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 shall lead to a 1 % reduction per working day of the amounts relating to the actual use of the agricultural parcels concerned.
