The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 12(2), the third subparagraph of Article 19(4), Article 21(3), the first subparagraph of Article 26(4), the second subparagraph of Article 27(2) and Article 30(4) shall be conferred on the Commission for a period of five years from 21 March 2013.

The delegation of power referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 12(2), the third subparagraph of Article 19(4), Article 21(3), the first subparagraph of Article 26(4), the second subparagraph of Article 27(2) and Article 30(4) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council.

5. The delegated acts adopted pursuant to the second subparagraph of Article 12(2), the third subparagraph of Article 19(4), Article 21(3), the first subparagraph of Article 26(4), the second subparagraph of Article 27(2) and Article 30(4) shall enter into force only if no objection has been expressed by either the European Parliament or the Council within a period of two months of notification of that act to the European Parliament and the Council or if, before the expiry of that period, the European Parliament and the Council have both informed the Commission that they do not intend to raise any objections.
