In order to meet the objectives referred to in paragraph 5, persons referred to in paragraph 1 and paragraph 2(a), (b) and (c) shall, and persons referred to in paragraph 2(d) may, be connected to the Case Management System in accordance with this Article and Articles 16, 16a, 16b and 18 as well as with the Rules of Procedure of Eurojust.

Where a Member State permits its institutions referred to in Article 2(1)(1) or (2) to be relied on as a third party domestically, that Member State shall in event permit its institutions and persons referred to in Article 2(1) to recognise and accept, in accordance with the provisions laid down in Article 14, the outcome of the customer due diligence procedures laid down in Article 8(1)(a) to (c), carried out in accordance with this Directive by an institution referred to in Article 2(1)(1) or (2) in another Member State (with the exception of currency exchange offices and money transmission or remittance offices) and meeting the requirements laid down in Articles 16 and 18, even if the documents or data on which these requirements have been based are different from those required in the Member State to which the customer is being referred.

3. 3. Requests made by Member States in accordance with Article 16(1)(c) shall be accepted on a pro rata basis, using the amounts available after deducting, for all Member States, the total of the amounts notified in accordance with Article 16(1)(a) and the amounts declared in accordance with Article 16(1)(b) from the total amount allocated to the Member States pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999.

(e) by way of derogation from paragraph 2, requests made by Member States in accordance with Article 16(1)(b) shall be accepted on a pro rata basis, using the amount available after deducting, for all Member States, the sum of the total of the amounts notified in accordance with Article 16(1)(a) and the total of the amounts accepted under points (b) and (d) of this paragraph from the total financial amount allocated to the Member States by Decision 2000/503/EC.
