The diagnosis requires a profound disturbance of the normal gender identity; mere tomboyishness in girls or girlish behaviour in boys is not sufficient. Gender identity disorders in individuals who have reached or are entering puberty should not be classified here but in F66.-.

Les principales modifications sont les suivantes : 1. tous les produits du tabac doivent porter - en plus de la mention générale (le tabac nuit gravement à la santé) un avertissement précis relatif à la santé; 2. les paquets de tabac à rouler doivent maintenant porter les mêmes avertissements sur la santé que les cigarettes (voir annexe); 3. les paquets de cigares, cigarillos, tabac pour pipe et autres produits de tabac à fumer doivent porter les mêmes avertissements sur la santé que les cigarettes, à l'exception de celui concernant les maladies cardio-vasculaires (voir annexe); 4. les produits du tabac sans combustion (principalement les tabacs à chiquer) portent l'avertissement général "le tabac nuit gravement à la santé" plus l'avertissement spécifique "peut provoquer le cancer"; 5. un nouvel avertissement facultatif a été ajouté (voir annexe); "fumer entraîne la dépendance" Les spécialistes considèrent que c'est surtout la dépendance à l'égard de la nicotine qui pousse à la consommation de tabac.

(see Annex) 3. packs of cigares, cigarillos, pipe tobacco and other smoking tobacco products are to carry the same health warnings as cigarettes except the one referring to heart diseases (see Annex). 4. smokeless tobacco products (mainly traditional chewing tobacco) carry the general health warning "tobacco seriously damages health" plus the specific warning "can cause cancer". 5. a new optional warning has been added (see Annex)".
