J'ai déjà soulevé la question et Mme la Présidente m'a courtoisement transmis une réponse qui, selon moi, n'est pas conforme au règlement car si le règlement parle d'une semaine, il ne peut s'agir de sept jours ouvrables : sept jours peuvent correspondre à sept jours calendrier ou ouvrables mais certes pas à une semaine.
I had already raised this point and the President has kindly sent me a reply which, however, I do not believe conforms to the Rules of Procedure because, if the Rules of Procedure says one week, then one week cannot be understood to mean seven working days.
