Outre les tâches visées aux paragraphes 1 et 2 et dans la limite de sa mission, l'agence du GNSS européen apporte son expertise technique à la Commission et lui fournit toute information nécessaire à l'exécution de ses tâches dans le cadre du présent règlement, y compris à l'évaluation de la possibilité de promouvoir et d'assurer l'utilisation des systèmes visée à l'article 12, paragraphe 2, point e).
5. In addition to the tasks referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 and within the scope of its mission, the European GNSS Agency shall provide the Commission with its technical expertise and supply any information necessary for the performance of its tasks under this Regulation, including for the assessment of the possibility of promoting and ensuring the use of the systems referred to in point (e) of Article 12(2).

5. Outre les cas visés au paragraphe 1, les Etats membres prévoient que, lorsque les autorités compétentes sont en possession des informations visées au paragraphe 2, elles peuvent en informer le titulaire du droit, pour autant que celui-ci soit connu, dans le respect des règles de protection des renseignements confidentiels, afin de permettre au titulaire du droit de saisir les autorités compétentes pour statuer au fond ou pour obtenir des mesures provisoires ou conservatoires.
4. Apart from the cases referred to in paragraph 1, Member States shall lay down that, when the responsible authorities are in possession of the information referred to in paragraph 2, they may so inform the right holder, provided the latter is known, while complying with the rules on the protection of confidential information, in order to allow the right holder to institute proceedings leading to a decision on the merits of the case or to obtain provisional or precautionary measures.
