In order to allow the acquirer sufficient time to establish these brands in the UK and Irish market, the purchaser will be able to make use of the Kleenex umbrella trademark for a maximum 10 year period and Kimberly-Clark has undertaken not to re-enter the market with the Kleenex trademark for a minimum 15 year period.
