The JV will combine the herbs and spice activities of CPC ("Ubena"), McCormick and Ostmann. It will be jointly controlled by CPC, McCormick and Rabobank, since the agreement of all three parties will be required for the adoption of decisions concerning the management, the commercial policy and the competitive strategy of the JV.
