L'accord régira aussi les responsabilités de l'organisation internationale énoncées à l'article 10 b) de l'annexe 8 au cas où l'impression et la délivrance centralisées de carnets TIR seraient assurées par l'organisation internationale susmentionnée.
The Agreement shall also apply to the responsibilities of the International Organisation set out in Annex 8, Article 10(b), in case the centralised printing and distribution of TIR Carnets is performed by the abovementioned international organisation.
