(b) If the classified information whose release is authorised by the Commission includes EU TOP SECRET, the beneficiary State or international organisation shall set up a central EU registry and, if necessary, EU sub-registries.

5. The Member of the Commission responsible for security matters shall notify the beneficiary States or international organisations of the Commission's decision to authorise the release of EU classified information.
