(11 bis) Les organisations à caractère interprofessionnel constituées à l'initiative d'organisations d'opérateurs et représentant une partie significative des différentes catégories professionnelles du secteur concerné sont susceptibles de contribuer à une meilleure prise en compte des réalités du marché, de faciliter l'évolution des comportements économiques en vue d'améliorer la connaissance comme l'organisation de la production, la présentation et la commercialisation des produits.

Dès lors que les actions de ces organisations à caractère interprofessionnel peuvent participer de façon générale à la réalisation des objectifs de l'article 33 du traité, et en particulier de ceux visés au présent règlement, le présent règlement ne remet pas en cause l'existence et le fonctionnement de ce type d'organisations dans les États membres.
Given that the activities of these organisations of an interbranch nature can make a general contribution to the realisation of the objectives of Article 33 of the Treaty, and in particular of those referred to in this Regulation, this Regulation does not call into question the existence and the functioning of this type of organisation in the Member States.
