Je voudrais que vous sachiez que, heureusement, entre le vote de jeudi et un avenir assez proche, nous pourrons tous être en mesure de voir les propositions de la Commission se concrétiser et nous pourrons continuer à faire de l'Europe ce que les citoyens veulent qu'elle soit et qui n'a rien à voir avec cette grande organisation mystique telle que trop d'entre eux la voient actuellement.
I would like you to know that hopefully, between the vote on Thursday and the not-too-distant future, we can all be in a position where we can see the Commission's proposals coming to fruition and we can get on with the job of making Europe the place that the citizens expect it to be and not associated with the great mystique that it represents for too many of them right now.
