Avant que le Tribunal de première instance ne rende son arrêt, la Commission a publié un avis à l'attention de M. Uthman Omar Mahmoud afin de l'informer que le Comité des sanctions contre Al-Qaida et les Taliban mis en place par les Nations unies avait communiqué les raisons de son inscription sur la liste et que celles-ci pourraient lui être transmises à sa demande afin de lui permettre d'exprimer son point de vue sur ces raisons.
Prior to the judgment of the Court of First Instance, the Commission has published a notice for the attention of Mr Uthman Omar Mahmoud to inform him that the UN Al-Qaida and Taliban Sanctions Committee had provided the grounds for listing, which would be communicated upon request with a view to giving him the opportunity to make his point of view on these grounds known.
