Je crois qu’il était d’un goût douteux qu’une poignée de députés des principaux groupes porte atteinte de cette façon à une proposition de compromis que le Conseil n’avait pas encore officiellement publiée, puisqu’il n’y avait pas encore eu de négociation officielle avec le Conseil au motif que le représentant du Conseil avait en principe rejeté son propre mandat et s’estimait incapable de négocier!
