Le 17 septembre 2008, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d'un projet de concentration par lequel l'entreprise OEP Holding Corporation («OEP», États-Unis), filiale indirecte de J.P Morgan Chase Co (États-Unis), acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement du Conseil, le contrôle de l'entreprise Pfleiderer AG («Pfleiderer», Allemagne) par achat d'actions.
On 17 September 2008, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking OEP Holding Corporation (‘OEP’, USA), an indirect subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Chase Co (USA) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation sole control of the undertaking Pfleiderer AG (‘Pfleiderer’, Germany) by way of purchase of shares.
