This was something that we chose as a committee to communicate to the minister by way of a letter from the chair and deputy chair, and we also included a few additional observations in our letter to the minister, suggesting that anything the department could do to facilitate the means for ensuring clarification of the legislative intent of these types of bills would also be supported by the committee.
