4. Afin d’assurer l’application uniforme du paragraphe 3 du présent article, la Commission peut adopter des actes d’exécution portant sur les modalités d’application des critères visés au paragraphe 3 afin que certaines mentions obligatoires soient exprimées par un moyen autre que leur indication sur l’emballage ou l’étiquette.
4. For the purposes of ensuring the uniform implementation of paragraph 3 of this Article, the Commission may adopt implementing acts on the modalities of application of the criteria referred to in paragraph 3 in order to express certain mandatory particulars by means other than on the package or on the label.
