The expiry on 30 June 2012 of the regulatory safeguards which apply to Union-wide roaming services at wholesale and retail levels by virtue of Regulation (EC) No 717/2007 would therefore give rise to a significant risk that the underlying lack of competitive pressures in the internal market for roaming services and the incentive for roaming providers to maximise their roaming revenues would result in retail and wholesale prices for Union-wide roaming that do not constitute a reasonable reflection of the underlying costs involved in the provision of the service, thereby jeopardising the objectives of that Regulation.

(17) Avec l'expiration, le 30 juin 2012, des garanties réglementaires applicables aux prix de gros et de détail des services d'itinérance dans l'Union en vertu du règlement (CE) n° 717/2007 , le risque serait donc grand que le manque sous-jacent de pressions concurrentielles sur le marché intérieur des services d'itinérance et l'incitation des fournisseurs de services d'itinérance à maximiser leurs recettes d'itinérance ne mènent à une situation où les prix de détail et de gros de l'itinérance dans l'Union ne refléteraient pas fidèlement les coûts sous-jacents encourus pour la fourniture du service, au détriment des objectifs dudit règlement.
(17) The expiry on 30 June 2012 of the regulatory safeguards which apply to Union-wide roaming services at wholesale and retail levels by virtue of Regulation (EC) No 717/2007 would therefore give rise to a significant risk that the underlying lack of competitive pressures in the internal market for roaming services and the incentive for roaming providers to maximise their roaming revenues would result in retail and wholesale prices for Union-wide roaming that do not constitute a reasonable reflection of the underlying costs involved in the provision of the service, thereby jeopardising the objectives of that Regulation.

Étant donné que les objectifs dudit règlement diffèrent des objectifs du présent règlement, les additifs pour l'alimentation animale devraient être soumis, outre la procédure d'autorisation prévue par ledit règlement , à une procédure d'autorisation avant leur mise sur le marché.
Since the objectives of the said Regulation are different from those of this Regulation, feed additives should undergo an authorisation procedure in addition to the authorisation procedure provided for by that Regulation before they are placed on the market.

(5) L'article 4, paragraphe 11, du règlement (CE) n° 1260/1999 stipule que la liste des zones éligibles à l'objectif n° 2 est valable sept ans à compter du 1er janvier 2000; toutefois, sur proposition d'un État membre, en cas de crise grave dans une région, la Commission peut modifier la liste des zones au cours de l'année 2003, selon les dispositions des paragraphes 1 à 10 dudit article 4, sans augmenter la couverture de population à l'intérieur de chaque région visée à l'article 13, paragraphe 2, dudit règlement,
(5) Article 4(11) of Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 provides that each list of areas eligible under Objective 2 is to be valid for seven years from 1 January 2000; however, where there is a serious crisis in a given region, the Commission, acting on a proposal from a Member State, may amend the list of areas during 2003 in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 10 of Article 4, without increasing the proportion of the population within each region referred to in Article 13(2) of that Regulation,
