Le 25 septembre 2015, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l’article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d’un projet de concentration par lequel l’entreprise OBI Group Holding SE Co. KGaA («OBI», Allemagne) et ses entreprises liées, appartenant au groupe Tengelmann (Allemagne), acquièrent, au sens de l’article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement sur les concentrations, le contrôle de plusieurs parties de l’entreprise bauMax AG (Autriche) par achat d’actifs et d’autres moyens.
On 25 September 2015, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking OBI Group Holding SE Co. KGaA (‘OBI’, Germany) and its affiliated undertakings, belonging to the Tengelmann group (Germany), acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of parts of the undertaking bauMax AG (Austria) by way of purchase of assets and other means.
