Le 24 janvier, la Commission a reçu notification d'un accord par lequel les entreprises néerlandaises Pon Holdings B.V. et Nimbus Investment III B.V. entendaient créer une entreprise commune, nommée Nimpon Trade Services B.V., qui acquerrait la division «commerce et services» (trade and service division) de l'entreprise néerlandaise d'équipements industriels Geveke N.V.
On 24 January the Commission received notification of an agreement whereby Dutch undertakings Pon Holdings B.V. and Nimbus Investment III B.V. will create a joint venture, called Nimpon Trade Services B.V., which will acquire the trade and service division (TSG) of Dutch industrial equipment company Geveke N.V.
