La Commission européenne a autorisé, en application du règlement sur les concentrations de l'UE, le projet de rachat de la société néerlandaise Kappa Holding B.V («Kappa») par Jefferson Smurfit («JSG»), un groupe international basé en Irlande spécialisé dans les emballages, sous réserve du respect de certaines conditions.
The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of the Dutch company Kappa Holding B.V (“Kappa”) by the Irish based international packaging group, Jefferson Smurfit (“JSG”), subject to conditions.
