Technical adjustments are also necessary following the adoption by the European Parliament and the Council of Regulation (EC) No 614/2007 concerning the Financial Instrument for the Environment (LIFE+), as well as the transitional measures approved by the budgetary authority through the Joint Statement adopted as part of the 2007 budget procedure.
