Néanmoins, le présent règlement ne devrait pas entraver la poursuite ni la modification d'une assistance approuvée par la Commission sur la base du règlement (CE) no 1084/2006 ou de tout autre acte législatif applicable à cette assistance au 31 décembre 2013.
However, this Regulation should not affect either the continuation or modification of assistance approved by the Commission on the basis of Regulation (EC) No 1084/2006 or any other legislation applying to that assistance on 31 December 2013.

Les demandes d'assistance présentées ou approuvées au titre du règlement (CE) no 1084/2006 devraient rester valables.
Applications to receive assistance made or approved under Regulation (EC) No 1084/2006 should remain valid.

1. Le présent règlement n'affecte ni la poursuite ni la modification, y compris la suppression totale ou partielle, d'une assistance approuvée par la Commission sur la base du règlement (CE) no 1084/2006 ou de tout autre acte législatif applicable à cette assistance au 31 décembre 2013.
1. This Regulation shall not affect either the continuation or modification, including the total or partial cancellation of assistance approved by the Commission on the basis of Regulation (EC) No 1084/2006 or any other legislation applying to that assistance on 31 December 2013.

Cohesion Fund and repeal of Council Regulation (EC) No 1084/2006

Le présent règlement fixe les dispositions régissant le Fonds de cohésion et abrogeant le règlement (CE) n° 1084/2006.
This regulation establishes the provisions governing the Cohesion Fund and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1084/2006.

Sans préjudice des dispositions prévues à l'article 5, le règlement (CE) n° 1084/2006 est abrogé avec effet au 1 janvier 2014.
Without prejudice to the provisions laid down in Article 5, Regulation (EC) No 1084/2006 is hereby repealed with effect from 1 January 2014.

Néanmoins, le présent règlement ne devrait pas entraver la poursuite ni la modification d'une intervention approuvée par la Commission sur la base du règlement (CE) n° 1084/2006 ou de toute autre législation applicable à cette intervention au 31 décembre 2013, qui, passée cette date, devraient donc s'appliquer à l'intervention ou aux projets concernés jusqu'à leur achèvement.
