La NTI craint très sérieusement qu'il y ait là un risque, même involontaire, que le projet de loi soit interprété différemment, c'est-à-dire que la fonction de la commission, lorsqu'elle fait une détermination, ou de la Commission d'examen des répercussions, puisse être considérée par erreur comme étant simplement consultative, alors que tel n'est pas le cas.
NTI is very concerned that there is a real potential there, even if unintended, that the bill could be read differently; that the function of the commission, when it is making a determination, or the impact review board, could be misunderstood to be simply advisory, when it is not intended to be.
