Pour ma part, je n'ai jamais été tout à fait convaincu que nous avions besoin du projet de loi C-55, vu le manque d'intérêt de l'industrie américaine du magazine pour les éditions dédoublées et les nouvelles méthodes modernes qui donnent accès à l'information par Internet et autrement.
From a personal point of view, I was never totally convinced that we needed Bill C-55 in the first place, given the lack of interest of the American magazine industry in pursuing split-run editions and the new high-tech methods of gaining access to information through the Internet and other sources.
