14. La présente loi n’a pas pour effet de restreindre le droit de l’association patronale et du Syndicat de s’entendre pour modifier la convention collective dont la durée est prolongée par la présente loi ou la nouvelle convention visée à l’article 11, à l’exception des dispositions qui portent sur leur durée, et pour donner effet à la modification.
14. Nothing in this Act shall be construed so as to limit or restrict the rights of the employers’ association and the Union to agree to amend any provision of the collective agreement extended by this Act, or any new collective agreement referred to in section 11, other than a provision relating to the term of the agreement, and to give effect thereto.

Member States should also not be precluded, to the extent that one or more Member States are or may decide to become party to such agreements and arrangements, from deciding on the acceptance of the accession of new contracting parties, in particular as regards the right to raise and notify objections to new accessions as referred to in the second paragraph of Article 12 of the Apostille Convention, or from applying, amending or deciding on accessions of new contracting parties to, the European Convention of 1968 on the Abolition of Legalisation of documents executed by Diplomatic Agents or Consular Officers.

(2) When a conciliation board reports to the chair pursuant to subsection 11(1), the agreements referred to in paragraph 10(1)(a) or (2)(a), as the case may be, shall be deemed to be amended by the incorporation therein of any amendments thereto agreed to in writing by the parties in the course of the mediation, any decision of the board referred to in paragraph 11(1)(b) and the date fixed by the board for the expiry of the agreements, and each agreement, as so amended, constitutes a new group specific agreement or master agreement, as the case may be.

(e) tax under subsection 165(2) or section 218.1 of the Act or Division IV. 1 of Part IX of the Act in respect of the supply made under the varied or altered agreement or made under any of the new agreements, in the absence of this section, would not apply to, or would be calculated at a rate that is less than the higher rate on, any part of the value of the consideration for the supply, attributable to any part of the property or service, on which tax under subsection 165(2) or section 218.1 of the Act or Division IV. 1 of Part IX of the Act in respect of the supply referred to in paragraph (a) would have been, in the absence of the variation, alteration or termination of the agreement, calculated at the higher rate, and

Les États membres notifient également à la Commission, dans les trois mois à compter de leur signature, toute nouvelle convention ou tout nouvel accord visé au paragraphe 3.
Member States shall also notify the Commission within three months of the signing of any new agreement or arrangement referred to in paragraph 3.

4. La Commission est habilitée à adopter des actes délégués en conformité avec l’article 48 afin de modifier la liste de l’annexe X, dès lors que cette modification est nécessaire pour ajouter de nouvelles conventions internationales qui ont été ratifiées par tous les États membres ou lorsque les conventions internationales existantes visées ne sont plus ratifiées par tous les États membres ou ont fait l’objet d’autres modifications portant, par exemple, sur leur champ d’application, leur contenu ou leur intitulé.
4. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 48 to amend the list in Annex X, where necessary, to add new international agreements that have been ratified by all Member States or where the existing international agreements referred to are no longer ratified by all Member States or they are otherwise changed, for instance in respect of their scope, content or denomination.

This Convention applies to animals reared or kept for the production of food, wool, skin or fur or for other farming purposes, including animals resulting from genetic modifications or new genetic combinations. It concerns, in particular, animals kept in intensive stock-farming systems.
