La Commission soutiendra des mécanismes visant à simplifier l'accès aux sources de financement existantes et proposera aux autorités de gestion des Fonds structurels et d’investissement européens, ainsi qu'aux parties intéressées, des modèles de financement «prêts à l’emploi» pour les instruments financiers, promouvra de nouveaux régimes de financement fondés sur le partage des risques et des bénéfices, élaborera de nouvelles techniques de financement et un appui en termes d’assistance technique.
The Commission will support ways to simplify access to existing financing and offer ‘off-the-shelf’ financing templates for financial instruments to the European Structural and Investment Funds managing authorities and interested stakeholders, promote new financing schemes based on risk and revenue sharing, develop new financing techniques and support in terms of technical assistance.
