long terme du pont projeté; b) les estimations de coûts ont-elles été précisées depuis que les estimations initiales de trois à cinq milliards de dollars ont été avancées, et comment ces coûts estimés sont-ils ventilés, de façon aussi détaillée que possible actuellement; c) quels autres facteurs faut-il prendre en compte pour préciser les estimations;
