Il ressort d'un nouveau plan de restructuration que les autorités allemandes ont transmis à la Commission que l'aide à la restructuration consiste principalement en un abandon de créances sur les prêts accordés par la BvS (34,5 millions de marks allemands, soit 17,6 millions d'écus) et un maintien partiel de la garantie consentie par le Land jusqu'au remboursement intégral du prêt bancaire.
According to a new business plan send by the German authorities to the Commission, the restructuring aid comprises primarily the waiver of the loans given by BvS (DM 34.5 million ECU 17.6 million) and the partial continuation of the guarantee from the land until the bank loan will be repaid.
