7. Welcomes the EUR 100 million EU support package as a first step to help the new government in the implementation of the agreement; calls on Member States not to act individually but to support the VP/HR in the formulation of a comprehensive strategy, in coordination with UNSMIL and the Libyan authorities, to support the transition and the new Libyan Government; believes that a reform of the security sector (SSR) and disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration (DDR) programmes are a priority for the country, and calls on the Commission, the VP/HR and the Member States to stand ready to provide the necessary assistance in these areas if requested by the new government;

3. demande à toutes les parties de se montrer responsables et de préserver les intérêts du pays, spécialement en favorisant la formation d'un nouveau gouvernement, dont la priorité sera de trouver un accord avec toutes les forces en présence autres que celles qui se revendiquent du djihad, et de coopérer avec toutes les parties, notamment les différentes tribus, les divers groupes ethniques, les municipalités et les acteurs locaux pour assurer une réconciliation nationale et dégager un consensus afin résoudre les problèmes auxquels la Libye doit faire face, en particulier la situation humanitaire, la problématique de la sécurité et l'effondrement de l'économie;
3. Calls on all parties to show responsibility and uphold the country’s interests, above all by supporting the creation of the new government, whose priority will be to reach an agreement with all non-jihadist forces in the country and to cooperate with all parties, including the different tribes, the different ethnic groups, municipalities and local actors, to ensure national reconciliation and to create consensus in order to address the outstanding challenges in Libya, including the humanitarian situation, the security challenges and the collapsing economy;

10. exprime sa profonde préoccupation face aux conséquences des politiques qui ont été décidées par le nouveau gouvernement dans la foulée des conditions fixées par le FMI et l'Union européenne; déplore que l'on fasse payer la population de l'Ukraine pour la politique erronée des gouvernements précédents plutôt que d'imposer les oligarques ukrainiens;
10. Expresses deep concern at the consequences of the policies which were decided by the new government following the conditions set out by the IMF and the EU; denounces that it is the peoples of Ukraine who have to pay for the failed policy of the former governments, instead of taxing the Ukrainian oligarchs;

rappeler que la Malaisie a pu se prévaloir pendant une longue période d'un degré extrêmement élevé de stabilité politique; se réjouir du taux de participation très élevé aux élections législatives du 5 mai 2013, qui exprime l'intérêt du peuple à participer à la vie politique; observer que les dernières élections ont mis en lumière l'évolution de la Malaisie vers une démocratie plus pluraliste; appeler les autorités malaises à prendre des mesures pour que soit réalisée une évaluation indépendante et impartiale des élections en réponse aux accusations d'irrégularités; appeler le nouveau gouvernement à réagir face à la montée des tensions ethniques et politiques, à la division accrue de l'opinion publique entre plusieurs partis politiques ainsi qu'à la recrudescence des troubles civils et du nombre de manifestations, et à engager un dialogue actif avec l'opposition et tous les groupes ethniques; souligner également l'importance de prendre des mesures pour répondre au mécontentement des citoyens en ce qui concerne la corruption; demander au gouvernement de poursuivre le programme de réformes économiques et politiques, et notamment la réforme électorale;
to recall that Malaysia enjoyed an extraordinarily high degree of political stability over a long period; to congratulate on the very high turnout in the 5 May 2013 legislative elections, expressing the interest of the people in the political participation; to note that the latest elections showed Malaysia’s move towards a more pluralist democracy; to call on the Malaysian authorities to see to it that an independent and impartial assessment on the elections is made in response to allegations of irregularities; to call on the new government to respond to the growing ethnic and political tension, the wider distribution of popular support among a number of political parties and the increasing civil unrest and growing number of demonstrations, and open up an active dialogue with the opposition and with all ethnic groups; to stress also the importance of taking measures to address public discontent over corruption; to call on the government to continue with the economic and political reform agenda, including electoral reform;
