La Commission a exprimé aux autorités espagnoles une série de préoccupations quant à la compatibilité de ce nouveau système avec les règles sur les aides d'Etat dans le secteur maritime, et les consultations conjointes qui ont eu lieu à propos du nouveau contrat semblent n'avoir pas été prises en compte dans le projet final.
The Commission raised a series of concerns with the Spanish authorities as to the compatibility of this new system with state aid rules in the maritime sector and there were joint consultations as to the new contract that do not seem to have been taken into consideration in the final draft.
