Je tiens à souligner à quel point il est important que nous ayons instauré le principe de la neutralité technologique du réseau dans ce cadre général, car étant donné qu’il s’agissait d’une exception à ce principe, nous rétablissons doublement la légitimité des actions du Parlement dans une situation aussi importante.
I wish to stress the fact that it is also very important that we have established the principle of technological neutrality for the network within that general framework because, given that it was an exception to that principle, we are doubly legitimising Parliament’s actions in a situation of this scale.
