Notre proposition consiste essentiellement à soutenir les efforts déployés par la présidence allemande en vue de parvenir, lors du prochain Conseil européen, à la convocation d’une conférence intergouvernementale disposant d’un mandat clair et précis qui, en s’appuyant sur les traités actuels et le traité constitutionnel, puisse aboutir à un accord qui nous permettrait de poursuivre notre collaboration.
Our proposal is essentially that we support the German Presidency’s efforts to call an Intergovernmental Conference at the next European Council, with a clear and precise mandate, which, on the basis of the current Treaties, of the Constitutional Treaty, can seek an agreement so that we can continue to work together.
