Il est peut-être temps que tous et partout, au Québec comme au Canada, coast to coast, comme on dit, que l'on crie un peu plus fort notre insatisfaction envers une administration qui n'a fait, depuis deux ans et demi, que faire accroire aux Québécois et aux Canadiens que tout allait bien, que tout était sous contrôle alors que, du point de vue de l'ensemble des finances publiques, l'exercice est à faire au complet.
It is perhaps time for all, in Quebec and in Canada, coast to coast as they say, to be a little more vocal in our dissatisfaction with an administration which has not, in two years and a half, done anything more than pretend to Quebecers and to Canadians that everything was fine, everything was under control, when from the point of view of overall public funding, the exercise has barely begun.
