La décision 2007/76/CE a été modifiée par la décision 2008/282/CE de la Commission (3) afin d’établir les principes régissant la notification des mesures d’exécution, les informations à fournir pour les notifications consécutives à la notification d’une alerte et la coordination des activités de surveillance du marché et d’exécution de la législation.
Decision 2007/76/EC was amended by Commission Decision 2008/282/EC (3) to establish the principles governing the notification of enforcement measures, the information to be supplied in notifications following the notification of an alert and the coordination of market surveillance and enforcement activities.
