2. L’autorité requérante n’introduit de demande de notification au titre du présent article que si elle n’est pas en mesure de procéder à la notification conformément aux dispositions régissant la notification du document concerné dans l’État membre requérant ou lorsque cette notification donnerait lieu à des difficultés disproportionnées».
2. The applicant authority shall make a request for notification pursuant to this article only when it is unable to notify in accordance with the rules governing the notification of the document concerned in the applicant Member State, or when such notification would give rise to disproportionate difficulties’.
