L’article 19 du règlement (CE) no 1393/2007 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 13 novembre 2007 relatif à la signification et à la notification dans les États membres des actes judiciaires et extrajudiciaires en matière civile ou commerciale («signification ou notification des actes») (15) s’applique en lieu et place du paragraphe 2 du présent article si l’acte introductif d’instance ou un acte équivalent a dû être transmis d’un État membre à un autre en exécution dudit règlement.
3. Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No 1393/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on the service in the Member States of judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil or commercial matters (service of documents) (15) shall apply instead of paragraph 2 of this Article if the document instituting the proceedings or an equivalent document had to be transmitted from one Member State to another pursuant to that Regulation.
