e) «notification»: toute communication adressée par un notifiant à un prestataire de services d'hébergement au sujet de contenus stockés par ledit prestataire que le notifiant juge illicites, demandant audit prestataire qu'il retire ces contenus ou en rende l'accès impossible, sur une base volontaire.
‘notice’ means any communication addressed to a hosting service provider submitted by a notice provider in respect of content stored by that hosting service provider which the notice provider considers to be illegal content, requesting the removal of or the disabling of access to that content by that hosting service provider on a voluntary basis.
