La Commission européenne a constaté que l'entreprise chilienne de transport maritime CSAV, les entreprises de transport japonaises «K» Line, MOL et NYK et l'entreprise de transport norvégo-suédoise WWL-EUKOR avaient participé à une entente portant sur le transport maritime intercontinental de véhicules et leur a infligé des amendes d'un montant total de 395 millions d'euros.
The European Commission found that the Chilean maritime carrier CSAV, the Japanese carriers "K" Line, MOL and NYK, and the Norwegian/Swedish carrier WWL-EUKOR participated in a cartel concerning intercontinental maritime transport of vehicles, and imposed a total fine of €395 million.
