The total value of the Inner Camp was therefore: NOK 3,67 million (the value of the buildings the municipality intended to keep) plus NOK 5 million (the offer from Norsk Trafikksenter or alternatively NOK 5,5 million as estimated by the later value assessment) plus NOK 4 million (the price for the 29 buildings to Haslemoen AS) = NOK 12,67 million which exceeds the municipality’s primary cost of NOK 12,4 million.
