(a) when tested using the snow traction test described in ASTM F 1805 - 06, Standard Test Method for Single Wheel Driving Traction in a Straight Line on Snow- and Ice-Covered Surfaces, with medium pack snow and a test load equal to 74% of the test inflation rated load described in that test method, attains a traction index equal to or greater than 110 compared to a standard reference test tire that meets the requirements of ASTM E 1136 - 10, Standard Specification for P195/75R14 Radial Standard Reference Test Tire; and

b) un équipement permettant de déterminer le volume d’effluent immergé ou rejeté par chaque émissaire d’effluent selon une méthode conforme aux règles de l’art de l’ingénierie généralement reconnues, telles les méthodes figurant dans les normes de mesurage de débit des fluides dans les conduites fermées ou les normes de mesurage de débit des fluides dans les canaux découverts, publiées par l’Organisation internationale de normalisation sous les numéros de Classification internationale pour les normes 17.120.10 et 17.120.20 respectivement, avec leurs modifications successives.
(b) equipment that permits the determination of the volume of effluent that is deposited through each outfall structure using a method that accords with generally accepted engineering principles, such as a method described in the standards for the measurement of fluid flow in closed conduits and for the measurement of liquid flow in open channels, published by the International Organization for Standardization under International Classification for standards numbers 17.120.10 and 17.120.20, respectively, as amended from time to time.

12. Le SVCEI et les dispositifs de secours visés aux alinéas 10(1)a) à c) doivent être conformes aux normes relatives à l’installation électrique qui sont applicables et qui figurent aux articles 3.10, 3.12, 3.14, 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 15.6, 15.7, 15.11.2, 15.11.3, 52.1 à 52.4, 54.2 à 54.4 et 58.1 à 58.3 de la TP 127, intitulée Normes d’électricité régissant les navires et publiée par le ministère des Transports.
12. The ECDIS and the back-up arrangements referred to in paragraphs 10(1)(a) to (c) shall meet the applicable electrical installation standards in sections 3.10, 3.12, 3.14, 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 15.6, 15.7, 15.11.2, 15.11.3, 52.1 to 52.4, 54.2 to 54.4 and 58.1 to 58.3 of Ship Electrical Standards, TP 127, published by the Department of Transport.
