Definition: Symptoms are presented by the patient as if they were due to a physical disorder of a system or organ that is largely or completely under autonomic innervation and control, i.e. the cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, respiratory and urogenital systems. First, there are complaints based upon objective signs of autonomic arousal, such as palpitations, sweating, flushing, tremor, and expression of fear and distress about the possibility of a physical disorder. Définition: La caractéristique essentielle est une perte de la mémoire, concernant habituellement des événements importants récents, non due à un trouble mental organique, et trop importante pour être mise sur le compte d'une simple mauvaise mémoire ou d'une fatigue. L'amnésie concerne habituellement des événements traumatisants, tels que des accidents ou des deuils imprévus et elle est le plus souvent partielle et sélective. Nevertheless, in addition to State aid granted under Community rules common to all sectors, notably the Community framework for Research and Development and the Community guidelines on State aid for rescuing and restructuring forms in difficulty , certain Community instruments governing State aid granted for trade and industrial production apply also to the forest sector, notably the Commission guidelines on national regional aid for 2007–2013 and the Community Guidelines on State Aid for Environmental Protection .

5. Sans préjudice de toute règle communautaire concernant l'évaluation et le marquage de la conformité et/ou de tout accord international conclu entre la Communauté et des pays tiers en ce qui concerne l'accès au marché communautaire, la Commission ou les États membres peuvent soumettre à des essais les produits couverts par le présent règlement qui sont commercialisés sur le marché communautaire afin de vérifier leur conformité avec les exigences du présent règlement.
5. Without prejudice to any Community rules on conformity assessment and conformity marking and/or to any international agreement concluded between the Community and third countries as regards access to the Community market, products covered by this Regulation which are placed on the Community market may be tested by the Commission or Member States in order to verify their compliance with the requirements of this Regulation.
