a) exécutent pleinement les décisions du Tribunal constitutionnel des 3 et 9 décembre 2015, conformément auxquelles les trois juges qui ont été nommés légalement en octobre 2015 par l'assemblée précédente peuvent prendre leurs fonctions de juge au sein du Tribunal constitutionnel et les trois juges nommés par la nouvelle assemblée sans base juridique valable ne peuvent pas prendre leurs fonctions de juge sans avoir été valablement élus; pour cette raison, il est demandé au président de la République de recueillir d'urgence le serment des trois juges élus par l'assemblée précédente;

Contrairement aux juges de la Cour de justice et du Tribunal de première instance, qui sont nommés d'un commun accord par les gouvernements des États membres, les juges siégeant dans une chambre juridictionnelle sont nommés par le Conseil, statuant à l'unanimité.
