Conformément au règlement (CE) n° 2111/2005, la liste des transporteurs aériens faisant l’objet d’une interdiction ou de restrictions d’exploitation dans l’Union européenne est régulièrement mise à jour par les experts en matière de sécurité aérienne des Etats membres.
Pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005, the EU Air Safety List is regularly updated by safety experts from the Member States.

La décision de la Commission, conforme au RÈGLEMENT (CE) N° 2111/2005, est fondée sur l’avis unanime du comité de la sécurité aérienne de l’UE, qui s’est réuni du 9 au 11 juin 2015.
The Commission decision is based on the unanimous opinion of the EU Air Safety Committee, which met from 9 to 11 June 2015, and pursuant to REGULATION (EC) No 2111/2005.

The EU Air Safety List is established by the European Commission, pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005 of the European Parliament and the Council of 14 December 2005 on the establishment of a Community list of air carriers subject to an operating ban within the Community and on informing air transport passengers of the identity of the operating air carrier and on the basis of the advice of the EU Air Safety Committee.

3. Les vols assurés par des transporteurs aériens faisant l’objet d’une interdiction d’exploitation en vertu du règlement (CE) no 2111/2005 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 14 décembre 2005 concernant l’établissement d’une liste communautaire des transporteurs aériens qui font l’objet d’une interdiction d’exploitation dans la Communauté et l’information des passagers du transport aérien sur l’identité du transporteur aérien effectif (7) doivent apparaître clairement et distinctement dans l’affichage.
3. Flights operated by air carriers subject to an operating ban pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2005 on the establishment of a Community list of air carriers subject to an operating ban within the Community and on informing air transport passengers of the identity of the operating air carrier (7) must be clearly and specifically identified in the display.

La France a indiqué à la Commission qu’elle avait prononcé une interdiction d’exploitation immédiate applicable à l’aéronef susmentionné en tenant compte des critères communs, dans le cadre de l'article 6, paragraphe 1, du règlement (CE) no 2111/2005, et a soumis à la Commission une demande d'actualisation de la liste communautaire conformément à l’article 4, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) no 2111/2005 et à l’article 6 du règlement (CE) no 473/2006.
