Le Bangladesh ne figurant sur aucune des listes visées à l'article 3 bis, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement (UE) no 206/2010 en tant que pays tiers en provenance duquel des lots de ces animaux peuvent être introduits dans l'Union, Chypre a demandé que le Bangladesh soit ajouté à la liste des pays tiers, territoires ou parties de pays tiers figurant dans l'annexe I, partie 1, du règlement (UE) no 206/2010, de façon à permettre l'introduction d'ongulés vivants d'Elephas ssp. en provenance d'un organisme, institut ou centre agréé au Bangladesh et à destination d'un organisme, institut ou centre agréé à Chypre.
As Bangladesh is not included in any of the lists referred to in Article 3a(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 as a third country from which consignments of those animals may be introduced into the Union, Cyprus has requested that Bangladesh be added to the list of third countries, territories or parts thereof set out in Part 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 206/2010, to allow for the introduction of live ungulates of the Elephas ssp. from an approved body, institute or centre in Bangladesh to an approved body, institute or centre in Cyprus.

For a transitional period until 30 May 2014, the introduction into the Union of consignments of bees referred to in Article 7(3)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 accompanied by a veterinary certificate completed and signed in accordance with model QUE set out in Part 2 of Annex IV to Regulation (EU) No 206/2010, in its version before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be authorised.

Étant donné que le transit par l’Union des lots visés par les règlements (CE) no 798/2008, (UE) no 206/2010, (UE) no 605/2010 et (UE) no 28/2012 à destination de pays tiers en provenance de Bosnie-Herzégovine implique automatiquement un passage par les postes d’inspection frontaliers croates de Nova Sela et Ploče, il convient d’inclure ces postes sur la liste figurant à l’annexe I de la décision 2009/821/CE, dès que les conditions techniques pour leur approbation seront remplies.
As the arrangements for the transit via the Union to third countries from Bosnia and Herzegovina, of the consignments covered by Regulations (EC) No 798/2008, (EU) No 206/2010, (EU) No 605/2010 and (EU) No 28/2012 can be effective only through access via Croatian border inspection posts of Nova Sela and Ploče, it is necessary to include those border inspection posts in the list set out in Annex I to Decision 2009/821/EC as soon as the technical conditions for their approval are complied with.

Le règlement (UE) no 206/2010 de la Commission établit des listes des pays tiers, territoires ou parties de pays tiers ou territoires en provenance desquels l’introduction dans l’Union de certains animaux et viandes fraîches est autorisée, et définit les exigences applicables en matière de certification vétérinaire.
Commission Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 lays down lists of third countries, territories or parts thereof authorised for the introduction into the Union of certain animals and fresh meat and the veterinary certification requirements.

Le règlement (UE) no 206/2010 prévoyait une période de transition expirant le 30 juin 2010 durant laquelle les lots d’animaux vivants et de viandes fraîches destinés à la consommation humaine et accompagnés des certificats vétérinaires délivrés conformément aux dispositions en vigueur avant l’entrée en vigueur dudit règlement pouvaient continuer d’être introduits dans l’Union.
Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 provided for a transitional period until 30 June 2010 during which time consignments of live animals and fresh meat intended for human consumption and accompanied by veterinary certificates issued in accordance with the rules in force before the entry into force of that Regulation may continue to be introduced into the Union.

For a transitional period, consignments of fresh meat intended for human consumption in respect of which the relevant veterinary certificates have been certified before 30 November 2010, in accordance with the models BOV and OVI, as set out in Part 2 of Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 before the amendments introduced by Article 1(2) of this Regulation, may continue to be introduced into the Union until 31 May 2011.
