Dans le fleuve Saint-Laurent et sur la terre ferme, à proximité de la ville de Nicolet (par environ 46°12′N de latitude et par environ 72°40′O de longitude) la parcelle de terrain comprenant la propriété du ministère de la Défense nationale (champ-de-tir de Nicolet) sise au nord-ouest d’une clôture construite par ledit ministère et une partie du fleuve Saint-Laurent, y compris l’île située à l’embouchure du chenal de la Ferme; ladite parcelle est bornée à l’est par la rive sud-ouest de la rivière Nicolet, au sud-est par ladite clôture, au sud-ouest par un chemin existant et son prolongement jusqu’à la ligne des hautes eaux dudit fleuve, à l’ouest et au nord-ouest par une ligne suivant en partie la ligne des hautes eaux jusqu’à l’extrémité nord de Longue-Pointe et en partie une ligne située à 1 100 mètres de ladite ligne des hautes eaux; le tout tel que l’indique le plan n MM-82-5402 préparé par les Services de l’immobilier du ministère des Travaux publics.
In the St. Lawrence River and on firm land; near the town of Nicolet (in latitude approximately 46°12′N and in longitude approximately 72°40′W); all the parcel of land including the property of the Department of National Defence (Nicolet shooting range) located northwest of a fence built by the said Department and part of the St. Lawrence River including the island located at the mouth of the Ferme channel; the said parcel being bounded on the east by the southwest shore of the Nicolet River, on the southeast by the said fence, on the southwest by an existing road and its extension to the high-water mark of the said River, to the west and northwest by a line following, in part, the high-water mark to the north end of Longue-Pointe and, in part, a line located 1 100 metres from the said high-water mark; the whole as shown on a plan prepared by the Real Estate Services of the Department of Public Works Canada, number MM-82-5402.
