TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

En cas de non-respect des dispositions relatives à la déclaration des captures, Madagascar peut suspendre l'autorisation de pêche du navire concerné jusqu'à l'obtention de la déclaration des captures manquantes et pénaliser l'armateur selon les dispositions prévues à cet effet par la législation malgache en vigueur.
Where the provisions concerning catch reporting are not complied with, Madagascar may suspend the fishing authorisation of the vessel concerned until the missing catch report is obtained and penalise the vessel owner in accordance with the relevant provisions under the Malagasy legislation in force.

En cas de non-respect des dispositions relatives à la déclaration des captures, le Sénégal peut suspendre l'autorisation de pêche du navire concerné jusqu'à la déclaration des captures manquantes et pénaliser l'armateur selon les dispositions prévues à cet effet par la législation nationale en vigueur.

5. Lorsqu'un navire de pêche reçoit l'ordre de gagner un port en vue d'une inspection approfondie conformément aux paragraphes 2 ou 3, un inspecteur CPANE d'une autre partie contractante peut, avec le consentement de l'État membre du pavillon du navire concerné, monter à bord du navire et y demeurer pendant le trajet jusqu'au port et rester présent durant l'inspection du navire au port.
5. Where a fishing vessel is required to proceed to port for a thorough inspection pursuant to paragraphs 2 or 3, a NEAFC inspector from another Contracting Party may, subject to the consent of the flag Member State of the fishing vessel, board and remain on board the fishing vessel as it is proceeding to port, and may be present during the inspection of the fishing vessel in port.

4. 4. If the master or owner of the vessel or their representative can not provide the competent authorities of the coastal Member State with a copy of the return message referred to in Article 8, fishing activities in the waters of the coastal Member State by the vessel concerned shall be prohibited until the master or his representative can provide a copy of the return message or information referred to in Article 6(1) to the said authorities.
