4. The Board shall compensate a national resolution authority for the damages to which it has been condemned by a national court, or which it has, in agreement with the Board, committed to pay in accordance with an amicable settlement, which are the consequences of an act or omission committed by that national resolution authority in the course of any resolution under this Regulation, unless that act or omission constituted a violation of Union law, this Regulation, a Decision of the Commission or a Decision of the Board, or constituted a manifest and serious error of judgement.

6. En outre, sur invitation de la Commission au 1er juin 2017 au plus tard, les États membres peuvent recevoir une dotation supplémentaire, à condition qu’elle soit affectée à ce titre dans le programme national et qu’elle doive servir à réaliser des actions spécifiques à déterminer en fonction des priorités de l’Union au moment considéré.
6. Moreover, following invitation from the Commission by 1 June 2017, Member States may receive an additional allocation, provided that it is earmarked as such in the national programme and is to be used to achieve specific actions to be established in the light of the priorities of the Union at that time.
