Je voudrais donc réitérer mon avertissement concernant la formulation problématique de la constitution hongroise, notamment dans la section D, qui porte sur la responsabilité de la Hongrie pour tous les Hongrois, sur une nation hongroise unique, sur des droits collectifs et sur l’institution d’autorités collectives autonomes dans d’autres pays, sur la base du principe d’ethnicité.
I would therefore like to repeat my warning about the problematic wording of the Hungarian constitution, particularly in the formulation of Section D, which talks about the responsibility of Hungary for all Hungarians, about a single Hungarian nation, about collective rights and about the creation of collective self-governing authorities in other countries, based on the principle of ethnicity.

Une nouvelle constitution a été adoptée, associant la Hongrie à l’idée d’une nation hongroise unique composée de tous les Hongrois, à savoir de toutes les personnes appartenant au groupe ethnique hongrois, quelle que soit leur citoyenneté.
A new constitution has been adopted, committing Hungary to the idea of a single Hungarian nation consisting of all Hungarians, which is taken to mean all persons belonging to the Hungarian ethnic group, whatever their citizenship.
