Je vais conclure en précisant que je pense qu’il sera extrêmement utile, à l’avenir, d’identifier les méthodes techniques les plus sophistiquées, appropriées et sûres afin de relever et donc de certifier de manière catégorique l’identité et l’âge d’un enfant aussitôt que possible, dès la naissance si c’est faisable.
I will conclude by saying that in my opinion it will be extremely helpful in future to identify the most sophisticated, appropriate and safe technical methods to record and thus categorically certify the identity and age of a child as early as is feasible, from birth if possible.
